Data was imported to coverage and reprojected to FGDL Albers HPGN, converted to shapefile, DESCRIPT item was added based on FEATURE, and lowercase characters within the attribute table were upcased. Missing or erroneous quads; q2008, q1903, q2016, q5360, q4112 were replaced and rectified by downloading the revised dlg's from the LABINS ftp site.
