USER NOTES:

The original coverage contained data for the SE United States region and 
was clipped to those areas in and around Florida.

FGDL QUALITY ASSURANCE STATUS:

-Reprojection into FGDL format
-Tolerance set to FGDL standards

DATA LINEAGE SUMMARY:

The FEMA Q3 data was queried and the COBRA units were extracted. County COBRA units for each state in the study region were then appended together to create the Southeast COBRA coverage. Attribute table was simplified and items were added. Original geometery was left unaltered.
