When GeoPlan loaded the Parcel Data to SDE not all records were imported to the database because of various geometry errors with the source data. The Percentage field indicates the percent of the records that were successfully imported to SDE.

Added fields; AYRBLT, LUCODE, and DESCRIPT. - Calculated AYRBLT based on the parcels actual year built from various other tables. - Calculated LUCODE based on the parcels land use value UCOLD, added value 100 for uses not covered. - Calculated DESCRIPT based on the FDOR description for the UCOLD values.
