When GeoPlan loaded the Parcel Data to SDE not all records were imported to the database because of various geometry errors with the source data. The following list shows the the parcel layer with the original number of records and the number of records that were rejected (i.e. did not make it into SDE). The Percentage field indicates the percent of the records that were successfully imported to SDE.

GeoPlan received this dataset from the Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) in 2007 on a DVD. The dataset was in shapefile format, and was in the following projection: State Plane Projection NAD 83, Feet (north, east, and west). The dataset was projected to FGDL Albers HPGN.

Added fields; AYRBLT, LUCODE, and DESCRIPT. - Calculated AYRBLT based on the parcels effective year built from various other tables. - Calculated LUCODE based on the parcels land use value UCOLD, added value 100 for uses not covered. - Calculated DESCRIPT based on the FDOR description for the UCOLD values.

Because the data received on 7/9/2007 only cover the northern half of the COUNTY PARCEL DATA - NO OWNER INFORMATION received on 7/1/2004 was used to complete the southern extent for the county. To differential the new data from the older data please see the FGDLAQDATE field there will be two values: 7/9/2007 7/1/2004
