In most cases Zoning boundaries were used to determine the location of future land use category boundaries. Institutional boundaries were selected from the parcel layer and added to the coverage. Institutional boundaries were hand edited to match the corel draw map as closely as possible. Limitations and Warnings on Use of Data: This map should be used as a broad and general depiction. An overlay, with parcels, for example would result in slivers. The exact width of power line easements was not available so those would vary depending on whether parcel lines were available or whether aerials were used to approximate their position. Since the corel map was adopted, the institutions such as city, county and state have bought and sold land, effectively changing the actual future land use.
