The data was downloaded as a coverage and was in 
the following projection: NAD_1983_UTM_Zone_16N. 
The dataset was exported to a shapefile, and projected 
from NAD_1983_UTM_Zone_16N to FGDL Albers HPGN.

- Area, Perimeter, and Acres fields were recalculated using X-tools.
- A DESCRIPT field was added based on NAME.
