USER NOTES:

- This table was created using the TAXD99 records for each county. The lack of properly defined township, range
and section values in some of the counties can cause some data loss when creating this table. See TAXD99 metadata to learn more about inherhent errors in tax data.
- Some counties were received with poorly defined township, range, and section items. Corrections that were
made are listed below in FGDL Quality Assurance by county.
- TRS values = 00N00E00 OR 00S00W00 OR 0000000, etc. are records that did not have valid TOWNSHIP RANGE and SECTION
Values, this was done to create a uniform representation for these records.
- The Florida Keys (TAXD9944) records were orginally listed as 01S01E01, this was changed to 99S99E99 so not to be
confused with the TRS values (01S01E01) found in LEON CO.
- Escambia Co. has no section values
- Washington Co. has TRS for only 25507 out of 42878 records
- Wakulla Co. has TRS for only 9476 out of 20934 records
- Nassau Co. 9312 out of 35386 records have no township value

FGDL QUALITY ASSURANCE STATUS:

- This table was created using the TAXD99 records process by the GeoPlan Center.
Please refer to TAXD99 metadata to determine QA processing of DOR Tax Records.
